Subscription??

It looks like the £20 payment for this service is a subscription billed every year

Your service is only used once a year - and only does something AFTER the customer has filled in their form

Yet the stripe billing will bill it every year anyway

Because it is stripe (rather than Paypal), there is no easy way for a customer to cancel it

And a stripe subscription price can be changed by the seller to charge whatever price applies to that year - so it will be £20 this year - then who knows what next year

This has left me feeling rather uneasy about proceeding to use the service

Unfortunate because it is a really nice service - much easier and quicker and HMRC - and produces nice quality documents

Please let me know if I have misunderstood how the billing work
