Hint boxes
When I used to complete my returns using the WebFiling system, they would give little explanations as to what different sections meant (if you clicked a little (i) near the box title or similar).
A lot of the terms on these forms are largely self-explanatory, but sometimes those hints could help with the more niche cases. Especially since I don't have any formal training with this stuff, and may well have forgotten the exact definitions of categories in the year since I last completed a return.
It would be awesome if I could have those hints on your system please :)
