Companies House Accounts: Unfortunately, amended accounts can only be filed by the original filing software. Since your accounts were filed through FreeAgent, any corrections would need to go through them. This is a Companies House restriction rather than a TinyTax limitation.
CT600 (Corporation Tax): Good news here - you can absolutely use TinyTax to file an amended CT600, even though your original was filed elsewhere. When you start a new filing for that period in TinyTax and try to submit, HMRC will flag that they already have a return. You can then proceed to file an amendment which will replace your original submission.
The guide covers the different methods for filing an amendment and what to expect.
