CT600 submission to HMRC

I completed our company’s final CT600 using TinyTax and paid for the service, but the last step—submitting to HMRC—didn’t go through because the company wasn’t registered online. I now have the submission code for HMRC, but I can’t find my CT600. Does TinyTax save your work, or do I need to start from scratch? I can’t see any saved work on my dashboard.
